This policy explains how R.C.M.M GROUP LTD ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses your personal data when you visit rcmm.co.uk or contact us. 2. The data we collect

  • Contact form and email: your name, email address, the content of your message and any other details you choose to share.
  • Billing and payment data (clients only): your name, company and billing details, and records of payments and refunds. Card and bank details are handled directly by our payment providers, Stripe and Airwallex; we do not store full card details.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the website securely and prevent abuse.
  • Analytics (only with your consent): if we enable privacy-friendly analytics and you accept it, we collect aggregated, anonymised information about how the site is used. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not collect special category data through this website.

4. Who we share your data with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as:

  • Hostinger: website hosting and processing of contact form submissions
  • Cloudflare: domain name (DNS) services for rcmm.co.uk
  • Resend: email delivery
  • Stripe and Airwallex: processing payments and refunds
  • Email and productivity software we use to manage enquiries
  • Professional advisers (such as accountants and lawyers), and authorities where required by law

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data for up to three months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for the contract and for up to six years afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate data;
  • ask us to delete your data;
  • restrict or object to our processing;
  • data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable service providers.
